Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Broken Arrow, OK.
Buying our first home was a great experience with Kim. We enjoyed the entire process. She met us at any time on any day of the week to look at houses. Kim was available to answer every one of our questions no matter how trivial. Kim listened to what we had to say and understood what we were looking for in a home. She found homes for us to visit that met our needs and wants perfectly. Kim was not pushy, she gave us feedback when we needed it and gave us space to think about what we wanted and which houses were best for us when we need that too. Kim was a great Realtor for our first home purchase. We would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Braden Park, Tulsa, OK.
We moved to Tulsa from Alabama and asked a coworker for a realtor recommendation. We could not have been more pleased that we were sent to Kim Klein. She asked us what we were looking for and always listened. Kim was more than willing to take us to see several homes in different parts of town, and she always did her best to consider our feedback and help us find an area that would be a good fit for our family. She did all of this with the utmost patience, cheerfulness and a keen eye that noticed several things we did not. When we found the home we eventually purchased, Kim really went to work. She made sure every step of the purchase process to let us know what to expect and worked tirelessly to be certain that nothing fell through the cracks.
We have been in our home for a couple of months, and we couldn't be more pleased by the home and neighborhood that we chose with Kim's guidance. I hope that I can eventually recommend Kim's services to someone personally as I think we were fortunate enough to work with the finest realtor in Tulsa.
Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $125K in Tulsa, OK.
Kim Klein sold my house in 2008. She has a wonderful personality, is willing to listen to your ideas and give you her ideas respectfully, and has great negotiation skills. She was able to give me ideas to fix up my house for a quick sale. She has a list of maintenance personel that will assist in this area. I was not able to make some of the appts. to fix my house, and she agreed to meet them for me. I was so pleased that she took me underneath her wing to get the job done. Oh, due to her expertise, my house sold within a week. I would more than recommend her to assist anyone in buying or selling their home. Thanks, Kim

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Tulsa, OK.
Kim was was an excellent agent. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Kim was able to find us our perfect starter house, if it wasn't for her attentiveness and expertise we might still be looking. By the end of our experience, Kim became a good friend and I would not hesitate to refer her to others in the future!
I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a home. She is very knowledgeable of the area and has numerous contacts throughout the housing market and lending market. She found me the best option for my lender and inspection. The adequate rating for negotiation skills is due to the fact I bought a foreclosed home, and there is no negotiating with the government/banks apparently. She always got back to me very fast in regards to questions, and overall it was a great experience.

Kim was a very valuable resource in helping us find the right home for our son who was relocating to the Tulsa area. She listened to us when we described what we were looking for in a house. From the type of neighborhood to the type of construction to the proximity to work locations she found quite a few locations that would suit our needs. Not being from the area we trusted Kim to look out for our best interests and she did not disappoint us. Kim picked our son up at the airport on a Thursday at lunch and started looking at quite a few homes that we identified as possible prospects. They woked well into the evening and then she dropped him off at the hotel we would be staying at. My wife and I arrived late that evening and reviewed with our son the houses he had seen and eliminated several of the options. The next morning Kim picked us up early at the hotel and we spent well into the evening looking at more prospective homes. Before dropping us off at the hotel that evening Kim helped guide us through our decision making process. Between Thursday and Friday we looked at between 25 and 30 properties. Saturday morning Kim picked us up early and we looked at several more homes for the first time. By lunch we had seen everything once and Kim took us to lunch to whittle down the field. At this point we had four good posibilities and it was time to take a second look which Kim was able to efficiently arrange. By four o'clock Kim was dropping us off at the hotel so that we could take some time to reflect on our decision. We aggreed to meet at her office around 8 o'clock. By 10 o'clock we had a signed contract as Kim had notified the seller's agents for the finalists on our list that a contract may be coming. It was important that we had this completed Saturday evening as we were flying out early Sunday morning.
Kim was not finished there as she became our eyes and ears on the ground in Tulsa. She was there for the home inspection and helped keep the mortgage process moving with the bank. Any little wrinkle in the process that might pop up and Kim was there to take care of it for us. By the time we got to settlement Kim had made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. If you are looking for an agent in the Tulsa area you can't do any better than Kim Klein.
