Kim's forte is listing and staging. She is good about following up with other realtor's as well. My overarching impression is that as my listing agent she did not have my best interests at heart. While we got a full price offer, I felt her recommended listing price was low and that she was more intent on selling quickly by giving into to prospective buyers wants and wish lists rather than working to obtain the best possible selling price. After contract signature she was not responsive and was not very helpful in getting our paperwork notarized or recommending contractors.
