I had a wonderful experience with Kim as my realtor. We covered a lot of territory and I appreciated the fact that Kim wasn't afraid to point out potential issues or things that might need to be looked at. I appreciate her no pressure attitude, but her willingness to discuss details.

Buying a home was exciting but it seemed stressful as well We purchased our first home with Kim and she was very helpful during the entire process.
She is knowledgeable, dedicated and hard working.
Always cheerful no matter what time of day it was. Right from the very start Kim was quick to respond to our requests or questions Every concern was promptly and professionally taken care of.
She was always up to date with the situation as it evolved and kept us well informed as to whatever step was next. She made our first time buying a smooth experience.
I appreciate her diligence and patience with us It was a pleasure to work with you!!!…More Less

05/06/2012 - user2011399Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Historic Midtown, Wichita, KS.
Kim was a great help in the purchase of my first house. She was patient throughout the search and an experienced ally in the negotiations with the seller and the bank. I bought an old house in the Historic District of Wichita that had been vacant for a few years, and at her urging I paid for a scope of the sewer lines at the time of inspection. Sure enough, at the end of the concrete where the lawn began, was a huge root-ball. It cost me $150 to scope the line... it cost the seller hundreds more to tear up the concrete, fix the stoppage and re pour the concrete. I had a chance to meet the seller at the closing and he said he never would have thought of that - thanks to Kim, I didn't miss that detail and I now have the peace of mind of knowing that that won't be a problem for me.
I would highly recommend Kim to anybody seeking a knowledgeable professional to help them through the process of home buying.…More Less
