Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Lakeville, MA.
We were moving from out of state and were lucky enough to choose Kim as one of a few realtors to provide information on a property in Lakeville, MA. We sent inquiries to several realtors and hers was the only response that was not "canned" but genuine. We talked with 2 others, but Kim was by far the most knowledgable and unassuming. We met, researched and toured homes with Kim. I have to be honest: I was sold when she disagreed with me on a property. Most realtors would not say "You are wrong and here's why..." They just nod and agree with you.
We ended up making an offer on one property that fell through and the next offer on a property stuck. there were some "bumps" in the process, which Kim went above and beyond to smooth out.
I've bought properties in the past and Kim was, by far, the best realtor I have worked with. From first email to closing table: helpful, knowledgable and capable the whole way through.
I can’t say enough about Kim’s knowledge of the real estate market and purchase process. She has excellent communication skills and takes the time to understand her clients’ needs. Kim spent many hours showing me land, helping me with the design of my new home and the selection of a builder. She was always responsive to my questions and offered great suggestions when I had difficulty making decisions on design details.
Kim also sold my other home for me. Although it was a distance from the area that Kim usually covers, she had many showings. She was very effective at communicating and negotiating with prospective buyers and sold the house within a few months of listing it.
I don’t think I would have survived the process of building a home and selling another home without Kim. Due to her expertise, assistance, and patience, it turned out to be a positive experience for me. Kim is a hard worker who puts in long hours to meet her clients’ needs. I highly recommend her as a realtor for selling and buying a home.
Kim has represented me in a sale as well as a purchase of a home. She had very good knowledge of the listings and the area. When I had questions Kim was able and willing to get the answers. Her hard work made it a pleasure to work with her and would highly recommend her in a listing
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Lakeville, MA.
We were able to close on the house all via the Internet. Kim made herself available for a relative to inspect the home, and was very helpful in getting answers from the homeowners for me. I would have liked to have known a little more about Clark Shores Association, but I'm figuring it out.
Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Middleboro, MA.
Kim Thomas has been invaluable to us as a buyer and seller! She has exceptional negotiating skills, a vast knowledge of new contruction and excellent communication skills. She is the owner and broker of Realty One Group which means she provides full time assistance to her clients. We have been working with Kim for over a year designing our home, finding the perfect builder and land to suit our needs. She has also been very successful with marketing our home and is always present during all of our showings (which has been almost every weekend since the busy season started). I couldn't have managed this difficult process of building and selling our home without her. Thank you Kim for all that you do (which sometimes includes acting as nanny to our 3 and 5 year old children while we are looking at land, homes ect.) She is simply the best out there and I could not recommend her enough!
Thank you Kim!
