Sold a home in 2014.

Kim sold my house at top asking price before it even went on the market (for a lot more than I ever thought I'd get)! I don't know how she does it, but she's a house selling magician. The BUYERS of my house actually sent her an email thanking her for how smoothly the process has gone! When does THAT happen?? She is the perfect balance of friendly and firm and had to do a lot of hand holding with me! Kim knew when to encourage me to stand firm AND when to go along with my crazy doubtful personality. She earned my trust and I'm so glad I wound up trusting her to do her job ... because she did it better than anyone else could!  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Northeast Dallas, Dallas, TX.

We found Kim through Zillow. We were looking for a condo to use as a rental property/investment. Kim listened to what we wanted in the property and locations in town that we liked. She called us back with a listing of multiple properties and arranged for us to see them in sequence. After reviewing those properties, she continued to update us as new potential condos were placed on the market.

We did offer on a first property, but title issue caused us to opt out. We have now found a second property and have scheduled the closing. We will continue to work with Kim as we look for other rental investment opportunities.

Sold a home in 2013.

Kim was an excellent realtor both selling our home and purchasing our new home. She was always there and responded to questions immediately. I felt like we were her only customers and she treated us like family. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
