Kim knows her professions very well. She is the type of realtor were looking for. Buying the house was tough, But she stuck by us to the end. She went above and beyond to get us our dream house. She did an outstanding job of negotiation with the agent sell to get the house contract and best price. Finally, we got our dream house and is the best one too after house searching for 5 years. Kim did a great job of establishing a fair listing price, as a result it was sold in less than 10 days for cash. Her follow-up thru the selling/closing process was excellent. A real pleasure to work with.
