Kim has been our go-to real estate agent for almost six years now. Kim helped us to purchase our first home; a beautiful, newly renovated two-bedroom condo in Arlington Heights. Kim tried diligently for almost a year to sell the unit but the market was just too bad for anyone to be able to purchase. To say that carrying two mortgages is incredibly stressful would be an understatement. Feeling trapped, Kim presented us with several options; we could either continue trying to sell the property, or we could attempt to rent the unit to alleviate some of the financial burden that two mortgages carry. We went with her second recommendation and, within weeks, we able to secure a tenant. We were able to rent our unit for five full years without a single lag in tenancy.

This past Spring, Kim again reached out to us to let us know how quickly the Arlington market had turned around; in her words "this is the time you've been waiting for." Kim was available to us every single day to answer questions or simply just to allow us to vent. Essentially, she held our hand every step of the way and we're forever grateful.

Kim is an excellent real estate agent...professional, knowledgeable, driven, empathetic, and personable. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Wakefield, MA.

Kim was so helpful throughout each of our real estate transactions. Soup to nuts, she helped us get our home ready for the open house and walked us through the offer process. Kim was with us every step of the way. She was so good with selling our house that we asked her to help us find a new home to live in! Both tasks where filled with paperwork and due dates. She helped us with all the paperwork and met every deadline without skipping a beat! Kim looked out for us during all negotiations and truly cared about us. She is honest and trustworthy - I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to all my friends.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $525K in Newton, MA.

Kim helped us to buy our very first home. For that reason alone, we will never forget her. We hold a special place for Kim in our hearts. We brought our babies home from the hospital to our first home. We planted our first real garden. We made some lovely renovations to the home. So many great memories. We had many birthday parties, celebrations, and cook outs in our backyard. Kim was there for us every step of the way as first-time home buyers. She made sure that we found the home that both my husband and I loved and could afford. It’s amazing when I think back how my husband and I walked into our first home, and we just knew. We just knew this was the home for us. We thank Kim for leading us to our first home. Overall, Kim also helped us to take the big leap from renting to owning. Remembering back, she calmed our nerves of becoming “homeowners” quite a bit. Kim has a way of putting you at ease, with her easy going, professional and considerate nature. We never felt pressured to make a decision to buy or reject a home. She was so patient with us. That was ten years ago now. Eventually, many people buy a second home. We hated to leave our first home, but we needed more space, and we wanted to move closer to my aging mother. When it came time to buy our second home, Kim was there for us again. We could not think of turning to anyone else. Well, we have been living in this new home for close to 2 years now, we love it and will probably retire in this home. We will send our kids off to college from this home. Kim has a way of helping you to find the home that you always dreamed of calling “home.” Kim is a smart realtor, a patient professional, and caring. She knows that this is one of the biggest financial decisions that you will ever make in your life, and wants her customers to be happy, going the distance to be sure that it meets your needs, your children’s needs for schools, and your entire family’s needs. She goes that extra step for you, and I can tell you, if we needed to move again, we would call Kim.
