Prior to founding Real Estate for Hope and joining Seven Gables as a Broker associate, Kimberley spent a combined 17 years in sales management. During her 8 years as a New Home Specialist, Kimberley has sold over 785 homes. She has sharpened her skill set in determining marketability, political climate, environmental conditions and profitability to make each transaction a realistic venture. Kimberley has a proven ability to recognize and capitalize on market trends, and is able to provide guidance for planning product, pricing, merchandising, and advertising.
Kimberley has won over 30 numerous top producer awards, and was, most notably, named SOCAL's "Sales Person of The Year for Southern California" in 2010; as well, she also was awarded Inland Empire SMC "Sales Person of the Year" in 2009.
