Bought a home in 2014.

We had a wonderful experience using Kimberly Austin as our realtor. We moved from the "East Coast" to Colorado and Kimberly found the "perfect" house for our needs. Kimberly is full of energy and extremely knowledgeable of the CO real estate market. She immediately sensed what we were looking for and did not waste time on anything that was not within the parameters she helped us set. Kimberly Austin is an excellent communicator and fun to be with. She was a "bull-dog" who fought for us to make sure that all went smoothly at closing.

Bought a home in 2014.

Kimberly is amazing!!! I'll definitely be contacting her again if I ever move again. She really fights for her clients and does not hesitate to move quickly. We had some complications with the seller @ the closing, and she fought tooth and nail to make sure that everything worked out the way it was supposed to. Thanks Kimberly for an amazing first home-buying experience :)

Sold a home in 2014.

Kimberly and her support team are amazing. They really know the market and how to sell your property. We had a week of intensive preparation and staging, including "coming soon" on the internet. Then, our listing went live on a Saturday. We had showings on Saturday and Sunday as well as an open house Sunday afternoon. Approximately 25 buyers went through our home that weekend and we had two offers by Sunday night, one for cash for more than we listed! We were under contract only three days after the listing was live. We closed a few weeks later. Kimberly's expertise and marketing savvy were the difference! Thank you, Kimberly and team!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Stapleton, Denver, CO.

WOW! Words can't describe how easy it was to sell our home with Kimberly. Kimberly was easy to work with, honest, great communication and amazing negotiating skills. We had 4 offers on our home within just 4 days on the market! She staged the home prior to putting it up for sale and she made our little town home look like a model home. Her pricing strategy was spot on and we even ended up making money during the sale. I feel like she had our back during the selling process and she was willing to go the extra mile to fulfill our needs. I will definitely hire Kimberly again when I decide to purchase another property!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in South Park Hill, Denver, CO.

From the first phone call, I knew Kimberly was going to do a great job and she did not disappoint! She knew the area and the local market much better than the other agents I interviewed.

I knew Kimberly had the experience and market knowledge to make the process easy. This was a major concern for me as I relocated out of state just as the house was listed.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $500K in Stapleton, Denver, CO.

We were introduced to Kimberly just by a fluke. We moved to Denver in July 2013 and had been all over the area looking for the right place to buy. We started in Stapleton and after looking at numerous areas we returned to Stapleton. We initially wanted to buy new, as we had "updated" two older homes in the past and didn't want to relive that experience again. Kimberly not only tried to work with the builder that we had been talking to, but also showed us some existing homes. We ended up buying the first home she showed us and can't wait to move in. Not only did she do a great job with negotiations, but she also saved us some money. My husband is a commercial real estate attorney, and he has never experienced a realtor who really knew what she was doing. Not only would we work with Kimberly again, but anyone who doesn't use Kimberly is just plain crazy.

Sold a home in 2013.

Selling a home can be extremely stressful especially when it comes to the negotiation. My husband and I were extremely impressed by Kimberly Austin's negotiation skills. When we listed the home my husband and I had talked about what our bottom price would be. End result, we we're extremely happy that she was able to get us top dollar for the sale of our home. We will be her clients for life.

Sold a home in 2013.

My name is Kevin Byerly and I am a 38 year old Denver Professional specialing in managing and owning commercial real estate. I have dealt with residential and commercial brokers on many

levels my entire career and have never seen the equal to Kimberly Austin! She has outstanding strong negotiating skills coupled with a huge heart for the clients she represents. From the moment I signed my contract with her I knew I was partnered with a winner and had nothing to worry about. Hands down the best broker I've ever worked with!

Great job Kimberly Austin!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Stapleton, Denver, CO.

We used Kimberly as a buyer's agent this summer to find a home in Stapleton. She has a wonderful personality and is very responsive, but she makes a better seller's agent than a buyer's agent. The first house we saw was listed at $475k and she encouraged us to pay full price. It did not sell at that price and the listing was removed. We liked a house that was listed at $520k, but questioned if it was really worth that much. She suggested it might already be sold and we felt pressured to bid full asking price. We withdrew our bid after further deliberation, and see that the price dropped to $490k a few weeks later. She suggested we put on offer on another house even before seeing it, continuing to create a high pressure sales environment. She showed us her own listing prior to making it public and told us she had someone else lined up to buy it when we having second thoughts. Overall, I ended up with a house that was not what I really wanted and probably overpaid because I felt pressured that I would "loose out".

Sold a home in 2012.

Kimberly was an absolute pleasure to work with in selling our old home and purchasing a new-build home. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of selling, and went to bat for us on multiple occasions to help us get the best possible deal while selling the house (which we sold in two weeks). She took to time to explain everything in detail to two relatively novice sellers, and was always timely and responsive to our (many) questions. Kimberly strikes the perfect balance between being comfortable and relaxed (helping make the process go very smoothly), while still being professional, and aggressive enough when dealing with other parties to protect the best interests of her clients. She was very helpful and informative, providing great advice, during the process of building a new home from the ground up.

Don't hesitate to work with Kimberly. You won't regret it. All of our future real estate needs will be with Kimberly and her great team. She's not only our realtor, but now a good friend.
