She was highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the transaction, including general market conditions, local market conditions, repair and upgrade costs, and the legal and financial aspects of the transaction. We generally worked with the team of people she recommended. I priced out services (loan officers, inspectors, laywers, etc.) from providers she did not recommend, but they were no less expensive than from providers she did recommend. The people she recommended were top notch and I'd work with them again.
Most importantly, she helped us navigate the emotions and anxiety that go along with purchasing a house. Her steady hand was helpful, including when we said no to a house that we really liked but was not priced right. Saying yes to a transaction of hundreds of thousands of dollars, even when you absolutely love the house as we did, is not easy either. Kim made the process comfortable and made us feel in control of the entire transaction.

Never tries to get you to settle, will work endlessly to find you your new home. She is also great with keeping on top of all the other people involved with the entire home buying process. I Had a few issues with closing. she helped ironing them out and still had evrything ready to go a week before closing date. Kim went above the normal duties of a realtor.
