Value of 2 bedroom vs. 3 bedroom

    Answer

Hi Becky,I hope your enjoying the Holiday Season!  Its best for a Realtor to evaluate your home vs telling you there could be a decrease or increase based on the number of rooms. You could have more or less than the other homes have besides just the 3rd bedroom. Have a Great Day!

Hello and Good Afternoon,  I am very familiar with Summer Wood, having sold a few homes in there recently and also a resident there since 2007. There are currently 9 active for sale ranging from $88,000 to $160,000 depending on the unit. I would be delighted to do a no obligation analysis on your property if you are considering selling. Conventional loan approval requirements with 5% down payment

    Answer

Good Evening,  Conventional Loans can be the hardest to get approval for, they usually require you to have a 680 credit score or higher, however it may still be an option. My question to you is what do you mean by "above FHA maximum limits"?  Yes Conventional is 5% down with its based on your credit score on what the PMI percentage will be based on. It ranges from .28% to .94% of the total loan amount.

Hello,  Have you considered Charleston, South Carolina? I moved down here 5 years ago and love it. The beaches and the history in the city are by far amazing. Check this review and video of the area out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=LeToRBl6YF0

Lots of showings but no offers?

    Best Answer

Hello,  I would say considering the positive feedback and amount of showings you are getting it is time for an incentive. This is probably because your area has great deals all around. Get with your agent and offer an incentive or a price reduction and have your agent get that out to ALL the agents that viewed your home ASAP. Good Luck sounds positive!!
