Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Mira Mesa, San Diego, CA.
Kimberly (Kimmie) is professional and quite compassionate. She really cares and did not put up a cold barrier or try to distance herself from my problems and depression.
I needed someone like Kimmie after the months of harshness from the Mortgage Holder and tough reality. Kimmie is up for any challenge. In my case, though I needed to do a short sale, I needed time even more--as I had a difficult time functioning or dealing with the reality of losing the home where my mother died in my arms and we had been together for so long, our first and only property, since 1995. I was close to homebound due to my inability to cope; however, Kimmie worked around my needs and never made me feel bad for the difficulty I was having.
I really can not give high enough praise regarding Kimmie's attitude, perseverance, and mostly her compassion. She got the job done and has my highest esteem.
I regret not writing this recommendation sooner; I know Kimmie will understand. That's how great she is!
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Willowcreek, Sacramento, CA.
I'm very grateful to Kim for helping us with our short sale. She really helped us through what turned out to be a complicated process. Kim was always in front of the process and was proactive, taking care of the hiccups as they came, acting like a buffer for us. She even ended up helping the buyer's agent who didn't seem to know what they were doing. Thank you Kim, for helping us through a hard time for us, and turned it into a very pleasant experience.
I would highly recommend Kim if you need someone to sell your house. She knows her market and will be able to help you all the way through the process. She is very quick in returning your phone call and able to reach when you need an answer right away. She will keep you inform so you don't have to worry. Overall, highly recommend her if you are thinking of selling your home.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in South Hagginwood, Sacramento, CA.
Kimmy operates in San Diego, but listed a house in Sacramento which she helped us purchase. It felt as if she was operating local here, because she is truly a professional.
As a real estate investor myself and dealing with lots of realtors, I find Kim to be very knowledgeable and equally important, very fun to work with. We became instant friends although we have only been acquainted. She constantly updated us on the short sale process and even followed up several times after the sale and requested for feedback to improve herself. She truly has a genuine interest in her clients. If you want to buy or sale, trust Kim, she will take care of you. 10/10 in my books!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $550K in Sabre Springs, San Diego, CA.
Kim was my buyer's agent when I purchase a property March 2011. Before working with Kim, I tried 3 other agents. The other agents either lacked the knowledge or was not 100% honest with the transaction. I had one agent trying to pass me fees and trying to convince me to waive the home inspection. I quickly stop working with that agent.
One of the many reasons my buying experience with Kim has been great was because she is very proactive. Before finally purchasing my property, I previously made an offer on a short sell and Kim was very diligent at following up on the offer weekly to check on the status. The bank came back and wanted a ridiculous amount for the property which is not move in ready so I withdrew the offer. But Kim made me felt as if she was someone I could rely on to keep me up to date.
Even while making my final purchase, I had some doubts. I like the location and community but I was looking for a bigger yard. Kim realized this and rather than trying to push me to complete the transaction, she sat down with me and we went over the pros and cons of the property. After comparing the pros and cons, I realized I actually getting a great deal. Even from today, I still love the location since I can walk my kid to school as it was 2 blocks from school. I also jog around the neighborhood since it is peace.
If you are looking for someone who will work hard for you and try to understand your needs, I would recommend Kim.
