In August, my fiance and I decided that we should start looking for our first home. We bought our home in 2009 through Kimo. It was quite a pleasant experience considering it was a bank-owned property. Kimo was very prompt and responsive on all of our inquiries. He took the time to show us the same property on many different occasions before we decided to purchase it. Kimo is highly knowledgeable and very good at what he does which is really important especially for first time home buyers. With Kimo's extensive knowledge of the market conditions, we paid the right price for the property. Although the overall market has declined about 5% but our property is still valued slightly higher than what we paid for which makes us very pleased considering the market turmoil condition that we are in.
