Due to the extent of the repair work that had to be done after the inspection, the deal almost fell through, and Jan was helpful in renegotiating a win-win scenario between the buyers and us. And between the contractors and us. She made sure the appraiser had the necessary information to do his job with ease and in a timely fashion. Jan worked patiently and effectively with everyone. Because she was on top of every step of the process, we closed on time miraculously.
