Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Northeast Tacoma, Tacoma, WA.
Kalen was a great person to work with when looking to purchase my first home. He was willing to meet me next day on very short notice several times, and was willing to work around my schedule when going to see homes. Kalen always responded to me in a timely manner via e-mail and phone over the three months that I worked with him, and he took the time to answer all my questions. I never had any worries when working with Kalen and his team.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Puyallup, WA.
Kalen went above and beyond to find us a great house. We had very specific criteria and even when I became discouraged he never gave up. We found a GREAT home and I am so thankful for Kalen's perseverance. I highly recommend Kalen Peters to anyone looking to buy .
He lives over a hour from the area we were looking at and he would gather as many listings as we could see in a day and spent multiple days ( the whole day!) searching homes for ours.
We bought a HUD home which can be an overwhelming amount of redtape but Kalen was able to walk us through it painlessly. There was a lot of communication between Kalen and mortgage broker and sellers to make things go smoothly.

Kalen provided us a holistic experience to the home buying process. He was in tune with our must have items in a home and was able to pin point within a matter of several days a perfect house for us. We appreciate the level of customer service that he provided and felt that we were able to call him at any time with questions or concerns. We would recommend Kalen to anyone looking for a friendly, experienced, down to earth home real estate specialist.

Dean should be on his own Hallmark card. He really is a shining star on a dreary day. He's always willing to go the extra mile to help in anyway he can and answer any questions you may have. If you have anyone on your real estate team, don't hesitate...make sure it's Dean Orrico!!

Sold a home in 2010.
I have been working with Dean Orrico for several months in the REO, short sale & retail real estate market in the Western Washington area and I have been more than pleased with his knowledge, negotiating skills and all round good nature. Bought a home in 2011.
We just closed on our first home purchase. With Mike's help we were able to find, close, and move in to our new home in less than 90 days. He negotiated with the seller's agent to help meet our requirements, worked with our lender, and walked us through the entire process. It was clear from the start that he was our advocate. He answered every one of our questions - big and small - clearly and to our satisfaction. He was patient with us as we looked at and turned down quite a few properties before we found the right one. He never gave up! Mike is easy to work with, patient, friendly, caring, and him customer service is outstanding. We are truly grateful that we chose to work with him. We've already referred him to several of our friends and when it comes time to sell, he'll be the first call we make.

Bought a home in 2011.
I started looking for a house to purchase in the Federal Way/Auburn area back in July of 2010. I was unsure of what I wanted and spent a lot of time looking. Mike was a God send!
