On their Zillow profile if they list them. Beware though, pendings aren't on there. But that would only boost the agents numbers.Good LuckKirk
Try emailing the zillow help link. They are super helpful and responsive.Good luckKirk
Studies have shown that FSBOs receive up to 10 percent less. Of course that is on average. With the issues you have with the home, I would get some advice from some good agents who can help you decided what to do and not do to sell. Advice is where an agent's value is. Good luck
Ask if the appraisal was done under USPAP standards. That is the appraisal guidelines licensed appraisers follow. Hope this helps.
It depends on whether you are talking about the value or the tax assessment value. If you have pulled the proper permits you may be reassessed by the county. If you mean market value, it depends on what you have done in the basement. You may see up to 80 percent return dollar for dollar. However, you could see as little as 50 cents on the dollar return. In this market, you may see less but you may also be the first to sell which equates in less time on the market. i.e. time is money
Definetly consider asking your listing agent to preview your competition with you along. That way you can find out what you get for x$. If you don't relist, hire the top selling agent in your area and pay more, price lower, and present better if necessary.
I would definetly have your Realtor follow up and dig into it a bit. My experience is that these types are just bottom feaders and not serious otherwise they would have made their best offer.Consider asking them to make their best offer. If they are low, then you have a floor(their offer) and a ceiling(your list price)
i have an agent profile but my number1expert listings don't connect with it.
Renting is a guarranteed loss. Rent x 12 equals your loss in real estate this year. Prices are flat in the Chesco area. However, the entry levell stuff has really hung in there for the past 2 years. When we see 150k one bedroom condos go down, that is when it really isn't the time to buy. Values are predicated on the small guy buying.
