You can pull up the home's details and then there should be a link to edit the home or claim ownership. Once completed, you can edit all the info you want.
Melissa,A local Realtor would be able to get that information for you. If you like, you could send me your criteria via e-mail and I would be happy to send you some numbers.
I believe this is a fine neighborhood with some great homes! At this price point you would be finding a lot of first time buyers and new families. Both of these demographics will eventually move on as their needs for space and family size increase.
I may be mistaken but I think if you claim yourself as the owner you can update the sale price. There is a link on the homes detail page to claim ownership.Best of luck!
I may be mistaken, but I think if you claim yourself as the homeowner you can change the map location of the home. Not sure where but there should be a link on the homes detail page to claim it.

If you ask Microsoft how often they update images you get a politicians answer. They tell you a lot but don't answer the question. I guess it mainly depends on how populated an area is, that sets their priority for updating. Using the system here at Zillow, I see areas that are as old as 3 years. Funny thing, if you go to www.live.com, another Microsoft mapping site, the same area will show images maybe one or two years old.Your best bet, as a homeowner wanting pictures of your property, you can always post some photos that you take.
Is there a way to post a home for sale if the owner already claimed it?
