I've been a top producing agent on the North Shore for over two decades. I've seen the market go up and down several times. My background and experience allows me to think strategically, provide disciplined advice, and execute on that advice so that my clients reach their goals. Nevertheless, every home is different, particularly in New England. Statistics and comparable sales provide guidance, however, they do not tell the whole story. Living space, lot size, condition, the way the house sits on the lot, amenities, landscaping, craftsmanship…the overall ‘feel' of a particular house are what create value and make a house a home. Residential real estate is part science and part art. This is one of the reasons why I love my job!

      Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Rockport, MA.
      I am very pleased with the expertise of Kristal Pooler who helped me sell my house in July 2014 in Rockport, MA.       Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $1.1M in South Hamilton, MA.
      Kristal & Ron did an excellent job with both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new one.

      They provided sound advice on how to prepare my old home for sale and how to make it present at its best. They hired a professional stager and photographer and created a great looking web presence for the home. Their advice on market timing and pricing turned out to be right on the mark.

      They guided me through the process easily and made both transactions smooth.

      I would highly recommend them without hesitation and I would use them again myself.

      We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Gloucester, MA
      I contacted this agent regarding a property in Gloucester, Ma. She returned my initial phone call, but, subsequent interactions were spotty as she was hardly responsive. I had explained that I am a highly qualified buyer, existing home owner, pre-qualified and a professional. After numerous attempts to reach her, I was finally able to receive a return call and set an appointment for her open house on a Tuesday at 4pm. Given the day of the week, and time, I rearranged my work schedule, canceled appointments, drove one hour through heavy traffic and arrived at 4:15pm. She was not at the open house (I had left a voice mail the day before confirming as well) After repeated attempts to reach her, while standing on the street in front of the house, I received no response at all. This is the most unprofessional person that I've every encountered.  MoreLess

      The primary problem with this criticism is that there was not an open house on that Tuesday. My assistant agent waited for the buyer to arrive at a specific time and left after waiting nearly one hour. We did not get a call.
