Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in South Hamilton, MA.
Kristal Pooler has been integral to our journey to find a new home. We would never have achieved success without her patience, experience and savvy. Bought a Single Family home in 1996 for approximately $450K in Gloucester, MA.
Kristal is an unbelievably great agent.
When we started, I gave her a long list of things I wanted in a house, and an even longer list of things I didn't want. She took me to see dozens of houses that met those criteria, and I didn't like any of them. Many of them I didn't even go inside.
She was extremely patient with me during this process. Then she said, "OK, I've brought you to all of the houses that meet your reqiurements. Now let me take you to one I think you might like." She then drove me to the house I have been living in since 1996.
