Ratings & Reviews

Kristen helped my wife and I find our first home. We engaged her back in Aug 2013 via a recommendation of a good friend. We didn't purchase until April 2014. She was available, attentive, reliable, responsive, etc the entire 9 months. I checked in with her regularly over the entire 9 months w/respect to inventory, to review our opinions on viewings, to get her opinions on homes/areas, etc. I consider myself to very detail-oriented, while being a pessimist at heart. These traits meant I required extensive attention to get comfortable with the process, the working relationship and any houses of interest (to decide to put in an offer, etc). Never once did she shy away from any of my requests or questions - regardless of how immaterial or absurd they were. Never once did she push anything on us. She would encourage giving aspects of a home a second look/thought in some instances, but it wasn't to push a sale - it was to help us understand the process and get a better feel for our priorities within our budget (because everyone wants the perfect, issue-free, updated home - but it's rarely available and rarely within budget). In the end, we found the home we believe was "meant" for us. I do not believe we would have found this home if it wasn't for Kristen. In fact, we ended up purchasing in a neighborhood we never expected or even had on our initial radar. It was the neighborhood Kristen had told us to just take a drive around and through (there was no inventory at the time) at the beginning of the process............9 months later it is where we ended up.
