We are first time home buyers and really leaned on Kristen to educate us about the process. She was very good at pointing out things to look at in different houses and explaining pros and cons of different types of windows, pipes, etc. We ended up making an offer on a house where there were a total of 7 bids. She helped us through the pre-inspection process and we consulted her when deciding on our offer. We really have Kristen to thank for getting us our house. We learned that there were several escalation clauses and that we were the only ones not to write a letter to the sellers.

In the end, besides the sale price, it really came down to the fact that Kristen presented our offer in person to the Seller's agent. We were told later that her professionalism and attention to detail made a difference. We know it really was above what other agents may have done to represent their clients. If I ever had to buy or sell a house again, I would call Kristen first. We were more than pleased with our experience.…More Less
