Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Granite Falls, WA.
I had relocated from Puget Sound to the mid-west when I contracted with Kristi to sell our home. Being over 2000 miles away, it was a very difficult and stressful time. However, Kristi was unbelievably supportive. There were many times I called or emailed to ask her to check on this or that and not only was it an enthusiastic "sure, no problem," many times she was one step ahead of me and it was already done. Though cliché, it's true: the little things do make a huge difference! And the extra miles (many) that Kristi went was awesome. To this day, I feel like the commission she earned selling my house was exceedingly inadequate.
Kristi is one of the very few individuals I've ever worked with that truly lives by the Golden Rule. If I still lived in Seattle and needed to sell a home, I wouldn't even shop around. If you have a home to sell or buy, give her a call.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Granite Falls, WA.
Kristi was a valuable resource for us in a very difficult realestate transaction. She provided the necessary support and expertise necessary to complete the short-sale of a large home in a difficult market. She remained accessible to us and was compassionate to our circumstance. Her counsel was always appropriate and we felt we could trust her when so few are trustworthy. We felt she cared. We can not offer any critisism worthy of mention because she performed so well during a nearly impossible sale. We are appreciative because she deserves that.
