Hi Jerry,If you log in and then go to your Favorites page (click My Zillow on the top right corner, then Favorites), you will see 7 homes you have claimed and a couple of others you haven't yet claimed. You will see the Zestimates for all of them in that list. We don't display loan amounts and I'm afraid you'll have to do the addition of the Zestimates then the subtractions of what you owe yourself to come up with your combined equity. I was a co listing agent on several deals with another agent in my office. Can I still be reviewed?

Hi Justin, Yes, you can. The seller could write two reviews, one for you and one for your partner on the listing. The seller may have different opinions on the service you provided vs. that of your partner, so we'd prefer separate reviews, really. Hope that explains it.Kristin

How long does it take for a client's agent review to be uploaded to Zillow

Hi,We decided to moderate every review before publishing. That's a labor-intensive effort with the volumes we have, so we can't do instant publish. We try to turn them around in 1 business day. Probably 90% are moderated that quickly. The reviewer can see the status of their review from his/her profile. If a review was rejected, the Reviews Written page in their profile will tell the reviewer. If it's been longer and is still pending, we are likely following up via email to get some more information from the reviewer to make sure we are correct to publish it. Finally, we're adding a few more agent services, so we are "parking" some of the reviews in a pending state until we get those categories in place in a few weeks. We have a little over 100 parked right now. Once the software is ready, we will update the service offered to the correct one and publish them. Hope that helps.Kristin

Hi tdenin,Right now, you can't. We've had very clear feedback, since we lauched the new search experience, that many miss the old list view.We're actively working on a way to give those who want the bigger list experience while still keeping the improvements we made to the map shopping experience. new format??

Hi all, Definitely curious to learn more about what isn't working for people with the new search interface. We're rolling this out with a number of comparison tests running, so different people will encounter slight differences. One of my favorite features is not defaulted to on, but you can turn it on. It's the "Gallery" view, which lets you scan pictures of each home. Used in combination w/the filters, and on the Home Details page (it comes with you) is now my favorite way to use ZIllow. To use it, click the word "Gallery" in the blue-gray bar above the list and you can see thumbnails of each home. Click a picture or an item in the list and from the bubble that pops on the map, you can see other pictures for that home. Please do continue w/the feedback. Kristin

Hi Jay,We moderate every review. You have a number of pending ones. Our team is generally getting through the moderation of reviews within a business day from posting. We are still working through them. We should get through them today. Regards,Kristin

Zillows New Lender Leaderboard?

Hi,You caught us in the middle of a release last night when we were updating the data. It should be all good now. We wanted lighter weight badges. The darker ones were dominating the information the page was about (e.g. your name and the thread itself) so this is the new style. Hope that helps.Kristin

increasing tax percentage values are shown in red not green, why is this?

Hi Emerald,You have found a "bug" in our display of the % change. Increasing numbers should be green, but that's just a font styling issue. It has nothing to do with why your home value is dropping. We have the correct numbers for the tax assessment (as you can see adjacent to the % changes) and the assessment numbers (e.g. $231,123) are included in our Zestimation process, not the font styling on the page. It's much more likely to be sale prices for nearby similar homes that are adversely impacting your home value. Hope that explains it. We are filing a task to get the display fixed on the home details page too. Kristin

Has anyone else had their info "stolen" from Zillow, posted on Craigslist as an ad for a rental scam

Hi,We don't expose the owner's name or email address on Zillow. The only way to contact an owner of a FSBO, Make Me Move, or For Rent property is through a form on Zillow that sends an email to the owner via our system. If the owner replies to that email sent via Zillow by a scammer, they could reveal their name that way.It's disappointing there are people out there preying on trusting folks. We all know it's wise to never send checks or money via mail to anyone you haven't met. Kristin
