I am a buyer. How can I save searches so I don't have to continually re-enter the numbers?

Hi Pxhough, We're debating what you are requesting in the halls of Zillow. Do you want to just be able to come back to Zillow and click a link to run a specific search again on the site? Or do you want to receive emails that update you on new/changed listings that match your search criteria (which Jeremy described how to do below)?Thanks,Kristin

how can I print a map

Hi Nomad,Our maps use Flash and Flash doesn't print well. Starting Thursday, you'll be able to print a "flyer-like" version of the home details page that will include a map which actually prints. Unfortunately, we don't have anything in the works to help you print from our Search page, though. Hopefully the home details change will help.Kristin

Hi Vince,Yes, we are aware of the problem of iPhone & iPad not supporting Flash. It's on our list of things to do. Aiming to have some charting functionality up by August.  Feel free to lobby Apple to support Flash too :-)Kristin

Yes, we are having problems and yes, we are working on it. I have been told that it's a feedback issue and the images are getting uploaded. The fact that they made it successfully is what is broken. Hoping for a full fix later today, but it requires moving some servers into position.Sorry all,Kristin

Why is the parcel number no longer available in the property details?

Hi, the parcel # is still available. It's in the "More facts" lightbox. To open it, 1. Go to the home details page for the property2. Look at the bottom of the list of 15 or so facts, click the link for "More facts". A popup should appear with a long list of facts.3. Scroll down...parcel # is there towards the bottom of the list.This is assuming we have the parcel # for the property. We don't have it for all properties, usually those which we first learned of through broker feeds, not the county records. Hope that helps.Kristin
