Hi Irmem,You can flag the transaction. Just go to the home details page for this home, go to the Zestimate and Charts page. Then type in the 4 anti-robot numbers. Once you're in that view, you can click the little flag icon next to the transaction which is incorrect and explain how. Our team reviews flagged transactions so they will look into it.Hope that helps.Kristin
Hi ZowFan,Here is where you can find the general stats for our accuracy in New Jersey. Just scroll down until you see "New York, Northern New Jersey..."You can tell how confident we are in a specific Zestimate by the value range. The wider the range (as a percentage), the less confident we are. But still, confidence only gets you so far as the specific condition and location of the house can vary wildly even within a block. We try to take that into account as best we can. This is why we generally talk about the Zestimate as a "starting point". If you're nervous, take a look at very recent nearby sales and see if $715k feels right for this house compared to the other homes. That's your best guage.Hope that helps.Kristin
Hi Rubygems,If this is your home (here's the link to the home details page at 8792 Shoal Creek), and the public data we have is incorrect, the best thing to do is to edit the square footage yourself. You can do this by clicking Edit by the home facts. Once you do this, it takes us a few days to update the Zestimate with the new facts. We have a harder time accounting for improvements before the home sells. What one spends may or may not yield the same amount in increased home value. For now, you can create your own estimate which includes that info and choose whether or not to keep it private or to publish it. Click Create next to "My Estimate" at the top of the page to do so.Hope that helps. Kristin
Hi lastchance, You'll probably need to check the county records for this information. We don't publish the names of the former owners/Good luck,Kristin
Mike,If your listing is attached to your Zillow profile, you too can correct the home facts are correct and/or publish your own estimate with information about why the home is priced where it is. Just click "create an estimate" in the left column on that home's page. At the end of creating your own estimate, you can choose to publish it.Hope that helps a little.Kristin
Hi msugawara,You can find this information and lots of other real estate market stats in our very cool Local pages. Here's the list-to-sale price ratio for S.F..These stats get updated every couple of weeks.Hope that's what you're looking for.Kristin
Hi Paul,We don't have a team of people big enough to check all the facts, so we rely on the community to let us know if they see something fishy. Please flag the profiles of people who are claiming ridiculous areas of service. We have been a little disappointed by some people's exaggerations (cough) the distance they can effectively serve. Thankfully, consumers can see through those people too and won't hire someone like this. When I look for real estate agents in Olympia, WA, the top agents who appear in the list look quite local to me. Hope that explains it a bit.Kristin
Wait, I was moving too fast. I see it when I search for you in the Directory too. It's just on the right side. Where are you not seeing it? Thanks,Kristin
