Hi msharp,Sorry to hear you're having trouble. It's possible the image's file size is too big. What exactly happens when you try to upload? Are you using Firefox for the Mac or Safari? You might try the other browser, sometimes that helps.Kristin
Hi Erdwinest,The most common way to lwoer your property taxes is to contact your local assessor's office if you think your assessment is too high. If you protest your assessment, and the assessor agrees, then your taxes will get lowered.Hope that helps.Kristin
Hi goodcyn,Here's how you do it.1. If you are logged in, you should be able to go to the home details page for your home (my favorite shortcut is from the "My Zillow" dropdown).2. Once you're on that page, look in the Tools box on the left hand side of the page3. Choose Edit Make Me Move.4. Change the price5. Click Create Your ListingHope that does the trick,Kristin
Hi myobgd,Zillow green badges are only shown on profile of people who work for Zillow. What Ash_Lee is saying is that Zillow stops Zestimating when Zillow doesn't have enough transactional information to come up with a Zestimate we are confident in. Sometimes that's caused because a data provider we work with has delays in getting us data. Sometimes a whole county has gotten messed up and we take the Zestimates down until we can fix it. Texas is one of the tough states since it's a non-disclosure state. Please be sure we want to have Zestimates for every home in the country, so we'll put it back as soon as we have enough data.I hope that makes sense.Kristin
Hi ladfromaus,There are a ton of factors that go into Zestimates. We try to explain in detail how it all works in this article. I hope that helps. Kristin
Hi bandit5794,You can edit the facts on your home yourself and we will revise the Zestimate accordingly. Just click "Edit Home Info" in the left column of your home details page at 715 Walnut St.You can learn more about how we create Zestimates here. Hope that helps.Kristin
If you claim the home, you can reposition it by clicking "Edit home location" on the left-hand side of the page. You'll be able to move the home icon to the right spot.Hope that helps,Kristin

Hi TheSea,Sorry you're having trouble. We only show home values on the map when you're zoomed way far in (top two levels). I'll explain how you can do it in Santa Cruz, CA. 1. Search for homes in Santa Cruz, CA2. Use the Zoom control to zoom into the closest or next to closest level. That will take you about here.3. If you're in an area where we have Zestimates, you'll see them pop up on the map. Hope that helps.Kristin
