Sorry, not much we can do here.Zillow relies on Microsoft for their pictures on their Birds Eye View and our aerial maps, which Zillow licenses. It's up to Microsoft to take new pictures. They are doing so continuously, so hopefully the pictures in your area will be updated soon. Here's some more information on Birds Eye View.Kristin
Hi Glensmwh,Unfortunately, our data coverage is uneven. We don't have much data for the area around Quincy. We do have some stats for Adams County. Here's the Adams Country local market report. We're getting more data every day and once we have enough to give us confidence in the stats, we'll publish them. Hope that explains it a bit.Kristin
You can also check out our updated local market reports to see this information and tons of other stats. Here's the chart for the number of days listings have been on Zillow in Garland,Texas. Hope that helps,Kristin
Hi, To set a Make Me Move price, you can just go to the Homes tab at the top of any page on Zillow and then click "Set a Make Me Move price". It will ask for your address and walk you through the process. Hope that helps.Kristin
Hi Michael,Sorry, not much we can do here. Zillow relies on Microsoft for the positioning on their Birds Eye View, which Zillow licenses. They have told us that they working to make this work better, but it IS trickier than it looks to nail the location with just a latitude & longitude. Here's some more information on Birds Eye View. Hi ssas,The Zestimate is just a starting point created with computer models. The computer model returns a confidence level with each Zestimate. When the model isn't very confident (usually because a lack of data on the home or for homes in the area), we usually show a broader value range.Hope that helps,Kristin
Hi clmiltier,The Zestimate is just a starting point created with computer models. An appraisal by someone who has walked through your home includes more information than Zillow does, especially about the condition of the home. An appraiser will generally come up with a more accurate estimate than a computer model can. Here's a video that explains more about how we create Zestimates.Hope that helps,Kristin
Hi center4miracles,On Zillow, it depends on whether Zillow has the home in our database. If we have the home, you can just search for the address and then in the "bubble" that comes up, click "See nearby similar sales". This will show you a bunch of nearby sales. If you don't have the home in our database, you can do a general search (e.g. search for your ZIP code) and then set the filters to just recently sold homes and set the criteria (beds, bath, square feet) to match your home.Hope that helps.Kristin
Yes, very good catch. Turns out we're missing thatfor every location. I have filed a bug in our tracking system. We'll fix it, but don't know how soon. Thanks,Kristin
Hi Cindy,The best guess I have is that they said they serve Texas.I tried a couple of ZIP codes from your profile and I'm not seeing the people you mentioned. Can you please provide the ZIP you used and their names so I can look more closely? Thanks,Kristin
