My boys have been anxiously awaiting it's unveiling. Walking through the park the other day, it looks nearly finished, and no sign of the skateboard park that had been promised. Anyone know what happened to it?
Thanks Doug! With the release of Zillow that went out last night, we updated our counter database so that we can display daily hits. The transition has a couple of "quirks" to it. Yesterday's counts were temporarily placed in another database and the team is now working to add yesterday's counts added back into the one you see. We won't be showing the daily counts themselves for a month or so, but we've started counting now. It will be even easier to track your hits then.Kristin

They're out of funds, so they're closing elementary schools and instead they're entrusting 5th and 6th graders w/laptops? http://www.enterprisenewspapers.com/index.cfm?action=story&storyid=20077611591141&c=4&s=1At least they won't be allowed to take them home. My 5th grader isn't ready for that. I'm curious to hear what parents of kids in the Shoreline middle and high schools (who are issued laptops) think about the idea?
Typically, we need a bit more information for Search to find your home. Have you tried searching with a city and state combination? I'm finding some homes others have posted in Helena and Missoula, for instance. If it's not in a city, maybe try with a zip code. Good luck,Kristin
We are working on a new My Estimator algorithm that works to address idiosyncrasies such as these. It will be out soon. We believe it returns more accurate estimates.
I'm living through (really "living in") a remodeling project right now. We're supposed be done by Christmas. So, this subject is near and dear to me. Ok, maybe too near, perhaps ;-)At Zillow, we're digging into the home improvement/remodel/repair space. It's been fun to read through all the posts on this board. Boy, there are lots of great problems & helpful opinions. There are a lot of great sites outside of Zillow which we've been exploring (and likely some cool ones we haven't found). But, this space is huge and the possibilities are endless, so we'd love to hear what would excite you. Do you care more about home improvement or repair? Are you a DIYer or a pick-up-the-phoner? What kinds of features do you think Zillow should do? What information do you wish you could find that you can't? Let your imagination run wild here...let's see what we can cook up together. Thanks!
Using internet cameras is a creative way to keep an eye on things if you can't be around. My husband works from home so he's there a lot. You're right, it IS hard to find great contractors and it makes a world of difference. We worked with a tile installer from a previous remodel I would have steered everyone clear of, but we have recommended our general over and over. Without a feature like this, the info only makes it to our friends.
Anybody know what's going on with the skate park at Dahl Playfield?
