Hi Allan and Sharon, Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the service areas in profiles and sorry for the slow reply. I didn't catch wind of the first post. We're working to improve our regional database as we don't have every region in the country, but it sounds like you may have found a software bug with the profile page, not a data hole. Can you please tell me what regions you were trying to add and I can look into it? Thanks.Kristin

Hi Allan and Sharon,You've definitely found a software "bug". I was able to add a few of the ones you provided to your profile, but whenever you get the "Did you mean" you can't. It is broken. We should be able to get that fixed in an update scheduled in a couple of weeks. Thanks for calling that to our attention (repeatedly). Zillow's not a big company, but things do get lost in the shuffle sometimes. Now, regarding your listings. Can you please reply with a couple of addresses for current listings you have that are listed on Zillow? Thanks,Kristin

4/27/09 UPDATE: Check out Zillowite Sara's video on using Advice.Did you know you can subscribe to get instant or daily notification of new questions or discussions in a category (like everything in Buying or a subcategory within buying). You can also limit it to new conversations just in your city or neighborhood or just to new Questions but not new Discussions (or vice versa). To do this, 1. Use the column of controls on the left and the location "breadcrumb" above to set up your view of threads to what you want to subscribe to. 2. Click “E-mail alerts”  in the box towards the top of the page.3. You'll be asked for your e-mail address how quickly you want to be notified. You also can subscribe to be updated of action on existing threads. Look for that same icon on a thread page. Happy subscribing!KristinP.S. We know that the interface isn't as obvious as it could be and we don't yet have a way to subscribe based on phrases that appear in conversations across categories. They're both on our “honey do” list  (don't worry, it's called something much drier around the office).
