Hi sky, A few ideas. 1. Try a different browser? If you're using IE, try Firefox or Chrome? 2. Make sure the file has an extension on it? I assume you're using a standard format like .jpg .gif or .png3. Hi Sharon,That sounds a little complicated for someone here to answer, sight (site?) unseen. I suspect the range of prices we'd estimate is pretty wide. Probably your best bet is to find a couple of different local pros who might do the work and get their bids.  Good luck!Kristin

Hi Paul,It is going to depend on a large number of factors. Age of home, whether any of the systems (plumbing, heating) were recently updated, how well the previous owner maintained it? It seems reasonable to think that older homes will cost more to maintain, but it's hard to put a real number on that.A home inspector would probably be able to give you more insight into the specifics of the home you're considering.Kristin
