Hi sky, A few ideas. 1. Try a different browser? If you're using IE, try Firefox or Chrome? 2. Make sure the file has an extension on it? I assume you're using a standard format like .jpg .gif or .png3. If that doesn't work, can you please paste the whole error message into a reply and let me know in which browser it is failingThanks.Kristin
Hi all,You are right, we do need to take another look at it and see if it can be improved. I appreciate the suggestions and will take them into account. Keep 'em coming. Thanks,Kristin
Hi Sharon,That sounds a little complicated for someone here to answer, sight (site?) unseen. I suspect the range of prices we'd estimate is pretty wide. Probably your best bet is to find a couple of different local pros who might do the work and get their bids. Good luck!Kristin
Hi Paul,It is going to depend on a large number of factors. Age of home, whether any of the systems (plumbing, heating) were recently updated, how well the previous owner maintained it? It seems reasonable to think that older homes will cost more to maintain, but it's hard to put a real number on that.A home inspector would probably be able to give you more insight into the specifics of the home you're considering.Kristin
Sunnyview,You are an inspiration. We (ok, I) have a tradition of writing haikus for various ZIllow events. So I wrote one for this occasion. Here goes. /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-style-parent:""; line-height:115%; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";}Ten thousand missivesShe informs, assists, opinesSunnyview helps allThanks!Kristin
NTETS, please share the limerick. I missed it.Usually I (and also Diane Tuman) write a haiku when we have to turn the site off for a big deployment. We do that very rarely now, so opportunites for getting my 15 minutes of poetic fame have diminished.
Hi Mickey,I'm gathering from what you've said that we don't have the price on the home. There are a few options. * Try to get this from the county records.* A real estate agent/realtor can often find it out for you. Here's a list of real estate agents who serve Parrish on Zillow. Maryann Lawler and Marcus Vanzant both list "Foreclosure" as specialties.* If you don't want to hook up with an agent, you may need to register (and pay) for foreclosure data on a site like foreclosure.com or realtytrac.Good luck,Kristin
Hi Cliff,It wasn't. You may just have to zoom in further, but all the information we have is still out there. Please let me know if that doesn't help you.Kristin
