Kristin Brown ERA

     Kristin L. Brown, Qualifying Broker & Realtor was raised in Virginia and Oregon. A graduate of Portland State University with a degree in English Literature, Kristin began her career in marketing in the early days of the High Tech Boom working for Internet Service Providers, Web Site Developers, and Advanced Programming Training Schools. Eventually, the High Tech Boom ran its course, and having had enough of here-today, gone-tomorrow companies; Kristin entered the Financial Services Industry as a Marketing Director for New England Financial, a Met Life Company. In her capacity as Marketing Director, Kristin received prestigious recognition by being named Marketing Director of the Year in 2002, in competition with some of the company's finest Marketing Directors nationwide. In late 2002, Kristin and her husband Stephen made a bold move to Rio Rancho, New Mexico to take over and buy the local Johnstone Supply HVAC-R wholesaler.

While building her custom home with Hinkle Quality Homes, Kristin met Cathy Andersen, her eventual business partner. Kristin shortly joined Cathy Andersen in working with Hinkle Quality Homes in running the Sales and Customer Service Office/Model. Within about 6 months, Kristin obtained her Real estate License and shortly there after, Kristin and Cathy opened New Mexico Land and Homes Realty, LLC. New Mexico Land and Homes Realty, LLC began with 2 and grew to 18 agents and 3 employees. Recently, New Mexico Land and Homes Realty merged with Pargin Realty ERA. Kristin & Cathy Specialize in Rio Rancho/Albuquerque Westside Vacant Land, Residential Resale, and New Construction.  Kristin and Cathy are members of the Elite 25 Realtors, a group of prestigious realtors in the Albuquerque-Metro area specializing in marketing and selling homes in the $500,000 and over price range.
