I promised a review, so here it goes. Only the facts are stated below.
Cons: -She skewed the commission split in her favor by 0.5%. Usually the split is an even 50-50. -She insisted the qualified buyer, which had a strong pre-qual letter, not a weak pre-approval letter, which usually does not mean much, to get another pre-qual letter from her recommended lender. -Her voice-mail is most of the time full, so its almost impossible to get a hold of her. -A month or two after I was her client, she offers new clients (civil servants) 25% of her commission. I was not offered that. -Listing price, based on their market analysis, was too high. Final sold price was roughly 9% below the original listing price. -One offer.
