There are several reasons this may have happened.1. You refinanced, got a better rate and started the 30 years over again.2. Late fees from previous late payments, this can add up if you are a regular slow to late payer on your mortgage. Although these are not allowed to have interest tacked on they still have to be paid before the lender will send you a paid in full letter.3. Missed payments along the way, they will have to be made up at the end of the 30 years4. If you had some kind of forbearance on your mortgage due to a bad economy or loss of job. Those will also be added to the end of the loan to pay at a later date. They are not forgiven. In the end, you will need to call your lender or mortgage holder and ask them to send you a detailed statement of why the mortgage is not paid off.Good Luck!
The answer you are looking for is not so much what they charge, or will you be happy with their services, the answer to your question is can they sell your house. Yes, they can, however you want to be very careful with whom you choose, flat fee or "full service" Realtor. You want and need good quality service from an agent who will work well with other agents. Selling a home is not just putting a sign in the yard and a listing on the mld. It is a group of Realtors that work together to help sellers and buyers. If you want to have a person who will sell your home, you will want to call someone who sells homes. Not a part time agent, or a person who rarely sells their listings. Good luck!
I would say stay neutral, what ever that may be. If the flow of your house is open, then you need to stick with one color. Each room that you can see from the adjoining room also needs to be the same color. Anything dark will shrink a room, open and airy is the key….neutrals are mostly tans and off whites, don't go to washed out tho, it will look bland…
Yes, you would need to provide proof of payments and the judgement would need to be in good standing with on time payments for at least 12 months.
