Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $100K in White Ash, Canal Winchester, OH.
Kristina is simply the best. When my husband and I first sat down with her we weren't even sure we were in a position to purchase our first home. As first time home buyers, she took us through every step of the process and helped us find the perfect starter home. We were young and just starting out so we know she didn't make a lot of commission off of us, but the level of service never reflected that! We ended up purchasing a foreclosure and she made the process seamless. She even came out to show us the home we ended up purchasing in a snow storm because she knew we needed to act quickly. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend- in fact, I have and they had nothing but positive things to say as well!!!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Westchester-Green Countrie, Columbus, OH.
Kristina is helpful, knowledgeable and does not make you feel silly for asking questions I am sure she has heard a million times. It is very nice to work with someone who is easily accessible and you never have to chase down for information or wonder if they are getting things done.

I would recommend Kristina to anyone that is looking to purchase a home!! She is extremely personable and helpful. She is quick to respond to questions and concerns and has a great sense of humor. You can't go wrong having her assist in your home search!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Ostrander, OH.
Kristina was very helpful in the selling of our old property and the purchasing of our new one. Her best quality is her knowledgeable honesty about comparable properties. This was extremely beneficial when we listed our house; she was very honest about the market conditions of our listing property and had our house sold in a mere four days. For our new home, my husband and I were looking at properties for 15months in a 40 mile radius. Most Realtors would have been fed up or unprofessional by the end of that search, but not Mrs. Murphy. When we finally selected our new home (85 miles away from the first house she showed us), she still was patient and urged us to not compromise on our new property. Once again, her knowledge of property value helped us beat other bidders while purchasing at a great price.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2009 in South Hilltop, Columbus, OH.
Kristinia Murphy was worth a million to me during the time I had my house listed as well as after we had taken it off the market. Even when I found someone to buy the house after I had taken it off the market, she was always willing to help whenever and wherever she could and if she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, she would find someone who could give me the answer. She was always very quick to respond anytime I left a message on her voicemail or sent her an email. She went above and beyond the call of duty and was always a pleasure to work with. She has a winning personality and always makes you feel like you are her most important client. I would definitely recommend her highly to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

Bought a home in 2011.
Kristina really seems to take a personal interest in finding the best home for one's needs. I appreciated the extra time she put forth in helping me buy the house that I'm in (meeting on weekends and off hours to sign contracts and go over paperwork so I wouldn't miss any open windows). She paid attention to things I was interested in for a house and definitely did a good job of tailoring the homes we viewed to those properties. Thanks for everything!

Dealing with real estate agents has never been something we've enjoyed. However, Kristina was so pleasant and so helpful that the process was much more enjoyable this time. She really knows her stuff and is obviously well-liked by other agents. That's a real plus! She was really patient with us as well and always seemed happy to explain things. She found a house for us that we completely missed on our own searches and it turned out to be a really beautiful home that we feel is our dream home. So we're very grateful for that. If we ever have to move again, we'll definitely get Kristina to be our agent.

My husband and I started working with Kristina in February 2011. Initially we were looking for HUD or bank owned property. We toured numerous houses and put in a couple different offers. The first house I loved was owned by the bank which I work for and they have a policy they can't sell to their employees :(. I was really bummed. It took months to find another house that we liked but Kristina was dedicated and always made herself available to see any property of our choice. She always came prepared with information on the property and when viewing she was always able to see the things I missed.. leaks on ceilings, mold, neighbors not keeping up their property. These are all very important things that one can easily miss when caught up in the excitement of house hunting but Kristina never missed a thing. We were very impressed at her professionalism and knowledge. I never felt pressured when making offers or touring houses. She put in so much work for us and we got a great buy on a house we love. The house ended up not being a HUD or bank owned but one in move in ready condition. She was willing to show us a wide variety of properties to allow us to make the best decision and find what we really wanted in the end. She was also with us throughout the whole loan process and communicated back and forth with our loan officer when we needed additional docs and signatures or when the bank couldn't get it together and do their job. When things got a bit sticky with the sellers in regards to repairs she put herself in the line of fire to ENSURE we got what we wanted and asked for. She even went out to the house for repair estimates when I couldn't leave work. I could go on and on about how incredible she is and how easy she makes the process but words just don't do it/her justice. She's fantastic and I'm confident that anyone who decides to work with her will have nothing short of a great experience. Thanks Kristina for your hard work and dedication. It's obvious you love what you do and are great at it. One other thing, I feel like after everything is said and done I made a good friend in the process. :) My husband and I couldn't be happier.

Sold a home in 2011.
Kristina outlined the process easy to understand manner. She marketed our house well with appropriate pricing, excellent descriptions and also pictures that show cased the house nicely. Throughout the whole sale process, she stayed on top of the progress and her quick responses kept issues (such as the new keys I had made not fitting the front door) from becoming a big deal. Kristina provided professional and comfortable presence that was nice to work with. ...and our house did sell in less than a week.

I was referred to Kristina Murphy from a co-worker who used her for a few properties. She seemed to know the business very well and made a great sales pitch to market my home. I had an appointment scheduled to get the home on the market and take photos for a Wednesday. She called on Tuesday night and cancelled that appointment. One cancellation, not a big deal. The next appointment was on Friday afternoon. The house was spotless for the second time that week and she called two hours before the appointment and cancelled again. That was the final straw. She sure talked a good game, but when it came time to take care of business she was very unreliable. I would not recommend her to anyone.
