Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I were greatly impressed with Krystal Rogers and her team of Real Estate Professionals. Devon was our Buyers Associate and she was amazing! She instinctively knew if we were going to like a house or not after getting to know us and that streamlined the process of house hunting for us dramatically. Since we had quite a commute this was especially helpful. Krystal has put together a highly effective team with each having their own specialty so it makes buying a home much easier. The flow of communication is always there whenever you need conformation or have a question. I would highly recommend Team Rogers to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Valley. I would definitely use her company for my Real Estate needs in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Wasilla, AK.
What an impressive team! Devon helped me get into my first home and she did everything to make sure I made the right decision. She put me in touch with the most amazing loan officer because she knew our personalities and what I needed would be a good fit and then it was all smooth sailing from there. I never thought that buying a home could be so easy but she made it as easy as possible. Her knowledge of the market, by far, exceeds other agents I have spoken to over the years. Thank you to the entire TEAM, you are all superior in your class.

Bought a home in 2012.
We had excellent service. Devon was professional, very quick to see the type of home we were looking for as well as showing us many options in short notice. She was alway eager to help up and answered our questions quickly. I will recommend Krystal Rogers team and Devon if asked.

Sold a home in 2011.
Krystal and her team (especially Devon) did an amazing job selling our house. We interviewed another competing realtor before interviewing Devon and Krystal. They recommended pricing 10k above what the other realtor suggested, came prepared with market analysis, were honest about the flaws and strengths of our home. They sold it in nine days for the asking price less closing costs. That is 10k we would have never seen without their help. They had great recommendations about who to use for inspectiond and repairs. They were responsive and resoectful of our schedules. We couldn't be happier with them!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Sand Lake, Anchorage, AK.
Krystal understood how emotional it was for me to sell my house and was very respectful of that. She was always quick to return calls, share a laugh, ease my nerves, and hold my hand through the process. She is absolutely a wonderful honest agent that I would recommend without hesitation.
