Carole and Kurt, a Mother and Son Real Estate Team, have been residents of Seattle for over 30 years, so they know the area well.
Carole worked as a Direct Mail Coordinator for a large retail store in Seattle for over 15 years. Since then, she went on to get her Real Estate License in 1979 and then obtained her Associate Broker’s License. Following a successful career as an independent agent, she has assumed a post with CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center as Assistant Managing Broker and New Agent Trainer. Additionally, she has teamed with her son, Kurt, to continue working as an active agent where she still maintains contact with her clients, helps with new clients and continues
to work in a career she loves.
Son Kurt graduated from Inglemoor High School and subsequently went into a Management Position with a large Insurance Company in Seattle where he spent 9 years. Following that, he worked 5 years as a Production Manager and Client Service Coordinator for a successful Embroidery Company in the area. He and a partner then went into real estate investing and rehabbing of fixer properties for 4 years; at which time he chose to obtain his real estate license and partner with his Mother. That way he continues to work in the real estate arena he loves without having to do the dirty work it
takes to be a “rehabber”.
