Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in El Cajon, CA.Summary:
Kurt and his team have helped our family buy 5 houses in the Fletcher Hills area since 1979. He knows the area and only took us to look at properties that met our criteria and gave us good advice on a price that was reasonable to get the house without overpaying. All of the closings have gone smoothly, except the most recent one. We had a lot of issues with the lender asking for what seemed like ridiculous requests for information about the house. It was a foreclosure which we never dealt with before. He was extremely helpful with getting documents to the lender and getting extensions on the closing from the seller so the sale could proceed. Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Mr Kendall (Kurt) has made my home sale a truley rewarding experience. Kurt always kept me informed of the status every step-of-the-way and what was to take place next. My house was listed as a short sale in February and sold in October 2011. The sale of my home was indeed a long and complicated short sale transaction. The first offer submitted in February was rejected (4 mo. later) by my bank owner, for a small difference. Consequently, Kurt had to start the entire process over and re-list my home. Within two weeks Kurt was submitting the second offer to the bank owner for approval. After a four month review the bank accepted and approved the offer.
Kurt has been a real life savior for me. He always maintained his positive attitude which showed in his work, with positive results.
I would highly recommend Kurt Kendal to anyone who is looking for an experienced agent that will be on your side and can handle any type of listing and home sale you may need.
