Sold a home in 2011.
KURT'S COMPANY CAME TO MY RESCUE; Previously, I had listed my SHORTSALE with Battiata and they wasted 1.5yrs on my time with no results. Watching other like houses move grated on my nerves...With so much frustration, I either had to switch or give up...that is where SDREAI saved me. As soon as I contacted Kurt and Tiffany, we started making immediate progress. I say "we" because their personal touch kept me involved, informed, and positive. Admittedly, with such a huge time on the market, they had quite the obstacle to overcome. Bottomline though-- THEY DID IT!! Specifically, they worked with Bank of America through BoA's new "Co-Op Program" and I was actually paid $2,500 for the Short Sale closing. UNIMAGINABLE with a property listed almost for 2.5yrs! Bought a home in 2010.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $150K in University Heights, San Diego, CA.
Kurt was very attentive from the initial consultation phone call to end of the short sale of my condo. We received consistant emails in regards to what the next step would be or if any further clarification needed to be made on a step that was recently completed.
What I liked most was how Kurt did a good job of explaining the short sale process to me. I know nothing about short sales and I felt comfortable with everything that was going on. I felt I could call Kurt with any questions if need be. I spoke with a few people who have gone through the short sale process and they were amazed at how quickly and effectively my process went.
