KURT'S COMPANY CAME TO MY RESCUE; Previously, I had listed my SHORTSALE with Battiata and they wasted 1.5yrs on my time with no results. Watching other like houses move grated on my nerves...With so much frustration, I either had to switch or give up...that is where SDREAI saved me. As soon as I contacted Kurt and Tiffany, we started making immediate progress. I say "we" because their personal touch kept me involved, informed, and positive. Admittedly, with such a huge time on the market, they had quite the obstacle to overcome. Bottomline though-- THEY DID IT!! Specifically, they worked with Bank of America through BoA's new "Co-Op Program" and I was actually paid $2,500 for the Short Sale closing. UNIMAGINABLE with a property listed almost for 2.5yrs! I can't say enough about Kurt and how he helped soothe my nerves and aided my family of six to shed the drain on our finances (UPSIDEDOWN by $165,000). Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in El Cajon, CA.
only had a brief conversation with Kurt, and was referred on to John La Mattery, a senior buyer specialist for Kurt regarding a purchase of a shortsale property. I cannot say there was much benefit in working with the group considering the price paid for the short sale was bid up some 35% from the original estimate although that may have been a reflection on their job of marketing. John was professional and did what was expected.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $650K in Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA.
Daniel, one agent from San Diego Real Estate and Investment, brokerkurt.com, acted as my buyer's agent.

I moved to San Diego last August. Half year later I decided to look for a property at good school districts. I happened to know this agent from Zillow and Google search. Daniel worked with me during past several months. Because I signed an one-year leasing agreement with my landlord and I was not very familiar with San Diego environment, It is not very urgent for me to compete with other buyers. I did not tell Daniel that much about this. Daniel understood this very well. He did not push me hard however always kept my information in his head. Once he found a suitable property, he immediately told me even before it appeared on the market. This is very impressive to me, so I gradually stopped co-working with other agents.

Most important is that all things Daniel promised were realized on time, and he did not send me garbage information or push me to see open houses not fit my family. Just one month before my leasing agreement due day, I bought one property at reasonable price.

If you are new to San Diego and want to buy a property, this broker looks quite good choice.

Bought a home in 2014.
We worked with Tom Wilson in Kurt's office. Tom is the consummate professional working day and night on getting us what we wanted. We had very specific criteria and Tom came through with flying colors. After the deal was negotiated, Tom kicked it up a notch with advice on inspections, walkthroughs, repairs, etc.

I would use Tom again in a heartbeat and really appreciated his patience and diligent follow-up to get the deal done.

I first worked with Kurt and his team on the short sale of my first condo home in Carmel Valley and then most recently on the sale of 2nd condo (also in Carmel Valley). He understands the market in great detail, is a phenomenal marketer and knows how to position a house to fetch the best sales price. Nicole Furlong is a realtor on his team who I spent the majority of the time working with during the sales of both condos. She is highly responsive, works incredibly hard, is very dependable and so easy to work with.
