We used Kurt to sell a house in Carmel Valley to our existing tenants, and then to buy an investment property in the San Diego Metro area.
On the selling side, Kurt and Felicia were quick, responsive and helpful in structuring the deal and making the sale to our tenants seamless. Once the home sold, we began searching for a multi-unit investment property to buy.
Kurt assigned us John from his team, who kept us apprised of the latest MLS listings through their automated system. We felt a sense of urgency to buy a property and get it rented, as summer is the best time of year to fill rentals. John was personable and responsive, but perhaps more laid back than we preferred. I can see how his non-pushy approach can appeal to most buyers, though. With that said, he was quick to act whenever we did find a property we wanted to view or make an offer on. This resulted in us finding the ideal investment property.

I moved to San Diego last August. Half year later I decided to look for a property at good school districts. I happened to know this agent from Zillow and Google search. Daniel worked with me during past several months. Because I signed an one-year leasing agreement with my landlord and I was not very familiar with San Diego environment, It is not very urgent for me to compete with other buyers. I did not tell Daniel that much about this. Daniel understood this very well. He did not push me hard however always kept my information in his head. Once he found a suitable property, he immediately told me even before it appeared on the market. This is very impressive to me, so I gradually stopped co-working with other agents.
Most important is that all things Daniel promised were realized on time, and he did not send me garbage information or push me to see open houses not fit my family. Just one month before my leasing agreement due day, I bought one property at reasonable price.
