I help buyers and sellers in, and around, the Sacramento, CA area.  First timers, Investors, or Move Ups, can rely on my knowledge, and experience throughout the region. And, I have been working with, and negotiating, Sacramento Short Sales, since they were a phenomenon began in 2008, and were still thought to be a myth.

First Time Home Buyers, I take an Educators approach to the home buying process for you guys...keep it simple, but keep you informed, and everything gets an explanation, whether you want it or not.  You will have a solid knowledge base when we close on your first Sacramento home.

Investors, I put myself in your shoes, whether you want a property with a quick exit strategy, or a long term hold with an eye on cash flow...I have the experience, and I use my personal, detailed tools for analyzing both opportunities, to help my clients "Back Into" their single family, or multifamily, Sacramento real estate investments.  I also have referrals for local contractors, real estate attorneys, property managers, and if you need help forming the correct entity for your specific venture, be sure to mention that to me.  I understand ROI, Cash On Cash, etc.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Gateway Center, Sacramento, CA.

A friend referred me to Kyle to help short-sell my home in Sacramento. CA. While in the middle of a not-so-great time of my life, Kyle was stellar in helping me work through and feel comfortable throughout the personally-brutal process. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Lincoln, CA.

I have used Kyle both for a sale and a purchase. Both transactions moved very quickly and with no surprises. The purchase was actually short sale which from start to finish took less than 2 months, which was practically unheard of at the time. As I recall the property sale moved just as quickly. I have recommended this agent several times and all parties involved have been very happy with Kyle's performance.  More Less
