Kyle was great and right on top of everything. I have worked with several other companies and have never had any of them do what they say. Kyle did what he said when he said he would and I didn't have to nag him to do it.

Also I had talked to two or three other people that said I had to wait another year to refi and Kyle actually knew what was going on. Thanks Susan…More Less

Kyle was extremely helpful in the process of completing my HARP 2.0 refinance and was readily available anytime I had questions or concerns with the process. No message or email went unanswered, in the rare occurance I was unable to reach him with a simple phone call.
