Well we read the review on here and wanted kyle as or realtor, well i only had a budget of 200k and he worked with me for a few days and then passed me on he made it seem like he could deal with oregon and washington .

Kyle was recommend to us through a co-worker, and we are very greatful to have found him! He is very friendly and on top of things. Always putting you first and giving 110%. His negotiating talents lead us to landing a fine deal on the perfect home to start our new family.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Gresham, OR.
Kyle helped with the short sale of my house, which was in foreclosure. As you can imagine, it's a stressful thing to do and very emotional. On top of that it was not a simple process; however, Kyle is an expert! He did a stellar job. The house went on the market in Nov of 2011, and happily we secured 3 very good offers within a couple weeks! It looked like there might be some competitive bidding. Then the real work began. There were so many negotiations with the mortgage companies, problems with how the title had been filed, etc... the buyers dropped off one by one... but Kyle kept the last buyer interested until the bitter end. The sale finally closed in July of 2012. It was grueling. But Kyle and his colleague did it! I am grateful I found Kyle right when I needed him. He is kind and friendly and responsive and patient. All the things you need in a good agent! I recommend him highly.

Bought a home in 2013.
Working with Kyle was a great experience. In the market today, there is such a low inventory of homes in the search category we were looking at. Kyle made us feel like it was a priority to him to find us exactly what we wanted. He never made us wait long periods of time to hear back from him. We would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Sold a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Hazelwood, Portland, OR.
My husband I and were hesitant about doing a short sale since we heard it could be a very tough and lengthy process. I found Kyle on Zillow. I read his reviews and thought I would give it a shot. I cannot explain how wonderful he was through the whole process. He made everything so easy! We put our home up for sale and within 5 days we had 4 offers on the home.The short sale only took 3 months! He was so professional, quick to respond to any of my questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. I feel so lucky to have found such a great Realtor. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to all of my family and friends!

Kyle has been exceptional to work with. He has exceeded our expectations. He is quick to respond, and definitely on top of things. Kyle has sold two houses for us, the last one sold in three days without a price reduction. We appreciate Kyle's integrity and all the hard work he has done for us.

Kyle's ability to stay calm during tough negotiations is his biggest asset. He never lost his cool during the sale of our house that literally almost fell through multiple times due to lender issues. Although he was as frustrated as ourselves, he continued forward until we all signed on the dotted line.

This guy!! Let me just say WOW! He was there every step of the way for the sale of our home. I had a real pain for a buyer and kyle did a great job smoothing the process out and getting the best deal available for me and my new family. I will always use him as he has become a trusted friend.
