I sold my house while living half way across the country. Kyle knew the local market really well, and navigated me step by step from beginning to sale. He was quick to respond to calls and emails, and gave me a lot of information about the process and what choices I had. My wife and I spoke with several realtors prior to selecting Kyle for our home sale and subsequent search. We had good recommendations for the others as well, but after speaking with Kyle about his approach we were impressed and felt like he would be a great fit. We weren't wrong! Even before we made the final decision to list our house, Kyle was more than happy to answer any and all questions relating to real estate in general. Even though we weren't technically clients yet, he offered honest, helpful advice and was completely open to exploring all options with us. Kyle came to our house and made recommendations for staging and for which little issues might need to be addressed prior to listing to make for the best impression. He had solid recommendations for service providers in the area, and he hired (as part of his standard listing service!) a professional photographer to make sure our home would look amazing in all of the advertising, which his team quickly put together and published. The professional photos made such a difference in all of the advertising - they made our house look like it actually looked in person! During the course of our home search we were often shocked with how much better our photos looked in comparison to nearly all of the potential homes that we were viewing. We were extremely impressed with the impact of the advertising that Kyle's team puts together and were very confident that our home would be noticed... little did we know! Kyle's network definitely got us noticed. Within 24 hours we had at least 15 interested parties and 3 solid offers, all beyond our optimistic asking price! We agreed to the best one and the house was sold in less than a day's time! In our view, Kyle's marketing clearly worked as advertised. Through the course of negotiations, inspections, signing papers, and all the rest that goes on with a home sale, Kyle was always very responsive and readily available to answer any questions and to make sure we knew what to expect. I don't think that we could have asked for a better sales experience - everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On the buying side, Kyle has been equally up to the challenge. We have done a lot of internet browsing on our own and Kyle has been quick to research and offer opinions/advice on the different homes that we have asked to view, researching each house prior to the showing. His responsiveness and insider knowledge of the area allowed us to be first in line to view a number of new listings which makes a big difference in a competitive market like we have now. With his responsiveness and attention to all of our questions, he really did make us feel like we were his primary clients. Kyle has gone above and beyond when working out offers on our behalf as well. He spent an inordinate amount of time working with some very difficult sellers who were representing themselves. That situation alone illustrated the value of working with a great realtor! Working through the offer process with a professional like Kyle makes all the difference. We have already started recommending Kyle to our friends who are either buying or selling. Thanks Kyle!

Back in 2013, Kyle's knowledge of the real estate market was evident when he helped to sell our house in Sandy the first day and for over the asking price! This started our long journey with Kyle to find the perfect house for our family. Kyle and his team of professionals were extremely helpful in my home-buying process. He always answered any questions, I had, very quickly. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $225K in Happy Valley, OR.

Kyle was very helpful with the sale of our investment property. He evaluated the market and helped us develop a strategy for the sale of the property. When issues arose, he knew what to do and negotiated a good resolution of each item to our and the buyer's satisfaction.

Near the close, an unexpected repair request came up that could have caused the deal to fall through. Again, Kyle was instrumental in resolving the issue, which allowed the sale to close.

For anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in the area, I would highly recommend him.

Sold a home in 2014 in Government Island, OR 97230.

I had a very difficult property to sell with zoning limitations and my co-parties involved in the sale were adversarial. Kyle did his research and reached out to many prospective buyers to find someone to purchase the property. He also was very professional in dealing with all parties involved and working with a very very tough situation. He managed to sell this property in just a few months. The one thing I very much appreciated that he did was he would send me an email at least once a week to give me an update, even if it was to tell me that no parties were interested, but he would tell me what he had done to market it every week.
