we made an appointment to met at a property at 10.30 am only to sit out side until the home owner informed us the showing time was 4.00 pm . we were never informed of a time changed and have not had any contact since the initial appointment was scheduled.

As we’ve never met, only talked 1x prior to showing & didn’t sign exclusive buyer agreemt I wasn’t representing you as a buyer's agent & in fact was representing seller. I am sorry I didn’t have your #. You were on the property in full view of my cell phone # on my sign rider & our customer service # (which would have been answered by a live human if you called). I would’ve appreciated a call prior to a neg. post on Zillow. The seller thought you were w/ an agency he has had problems w/ in the past & perhaps not as friendly as he should’ve been.You posted a negative review w/out full knowledge of the situation. Perhaps should give benefit of a doubt & call to see that there was no family drama, emergency, death. Note: As a consummate professional I was featured in this wk's T.U. for top 10% of real estate agents nationally!
