This property sold for $712K in June 07. It was a heavy fixer and the owners/sellers restored and remodeled most every part of it. Totally new period kitchen, redone wood floors, upgrades to the baths, hardware and fixtures, Craftsman fence, patio, landscaping, paint, etc. They have permits, have City of Pasadena Occupancy, and termite clearances. Last month they had an appraisal done for $800,000, so we dropped the asking price to below that, to $799,450, and I think the price is very good. The neighborhood is awesome also.
