I am relocating to PA because of my job. 8O miles one way to new jobsite from present location here in NJ. Want to sell house by october or november, but if not, I will have to commute untill it does sell. Can't lower price, will be just breaking even if it sells at my asking price. So if St. Joseph, birdseed or sage might help, I'm willing to try them! Good Luck to all of you.

I don't think that I can do it. I have 3 pugs and 2 cats. Moving soon because of my job. So I know this will limit me where I can live next. Has anyone here gone through this situation?
