I gave LaVerne details of the property I wanted and he found exactly what I was looking for. No hassle of looking at acreage that didn't fit my needs. Bought the land that day. If you are looking for rural property, he's your man.

i have known and worked with la verne since 1999 and have found him to be honest and up front with all dealings. would recomend him to anyone and think he would be of great service in and all dealings with a house or any other endeavor you would put to him

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Meridian, OK.
LaVerne is a very knowledgable and personable realtor. He was prompt in returning calls and kindly answered all our questions regarding the property we eventually purchased. He is a caring family man who also has time to be active in his community. We would highly recommend LaVerne Semrad to all our friends and neighbors.

He was very thorough. He helped me as a first time home buyer with things to look for, and helped me pick a great house in a great neighborhood. Laverne is very honest and helpful. You won't find too many realtors out there this nice or thorough.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to LaVerne Semrad. What can I say other than you are Awesome!! Your knowledge of your job makes you the best…You promised us an easy process and you really delivered. The many messages we left for you were answered even on the weekend...I have never met a more caring and determined person…He showed us everything we wanted to see and taught us a lot of things to look for when inspecting a house. He was knowledgeable about neighborhoods and construction.He was recommended to me with the highest esteem and I would definitely recommend him myself. Thanks LaVerne you're the best!
