Sold a home in 2012.
I worked with Steve to sell my existing home and to buy/build a new one. He was highly knowledgeable and effective on both transactions.
For the newly constructed house, he was particularly helpful in evaluating the builder's options in terms of their cost, what I would pay if I performed the work after the house was built, and their potential impact on the house's future value.
For my existing house, he helped me work through pricing strategies, and gave excellent advice on minor upgrades and staging. I accepted an offer one day after putting it on the market. Steve was also very effective during negotiations, and helped me understand the closing process.
Relative to the other realtors I've worked with, Steve is much more focused on his clients' financial well being rather than on closing a transaction. I highly recommend him.…More Less

Bought a home in 2011.
Steve is the most knowledgable realtor I have ever encountered. We rented a home from him and he helped us through the whole process of building our new home!
