Hi! My name is Rosie Smith and I am a Full-Time Realtor with Exit Uptown Realty. My father once told me to find out what I love to do and figure out how to get paid doing it! Well I love to sell Real Estate. I love every aspect about it. I especially love meeting new people and making new friends. I have made alot of friends selling Real Estate..My motto is treat people how you would like to be treated and it all works out...I love helping buyers find the perfect home and helping them negotiate the best price and terms before going to contract. I love when my customers feel that I have everything under control and they don't have to worry..That gives me great satisfaction. As far as my seller's. I am not the type of agent to take a listing put a sign in your front yard and forget about you. Referral business is what i strive for. I will market your property to the appropiate buyers, help you with staging your home, give you tips on what you can do to increase the value of your home and enhance certain features,I will follow up with you on all feedback after your home is shown to potential buyers. I have been a NJAR Circle Of Excellence Winner for 2005,206,2007. And I have been voted to be secratary of the Board Of Realtors for 2009. I have a wonderful Husband Wayne of 20 years and we have a wonderful son Jesse 18. One of my favorite pass times is cooking. I love to cook and entertain. Coming from a large Italian family that shouldn't be to surprising.
