Bill Brown is the owner and Broker of record for Finley Realty. Bill specializes in Luxury Estate Sales in and around South Orange County. His number one achievement is his unsurpassed reputation for honesty, integrity, knowledge in the industry and his result driven services provided to all of his clients.

Bill Is a Laguna Beach native who started his career in commercial property maintenance and management in 1996. In 1999 he sold The Commercial Cleaning Company and found his next success in residential finance. From 2003 to 2008 Bill was the co owner and President of Synergy Capital Mortgage Corp. which was a retail mortgage banking operation with 50 employees located first in San Juan Capistrano and later relocated to Irvine CA where he eventually sold to the publicly traded Impac Companies in 2008.

In 2008 under Impac direction Bill constructed Impac's Synergy Property Group to help organize and sell their inventory of REOʼs and short sales nationwide. Under Bills direction as President of Synergy Property Group from 2008 to 2010 the company sold over 500 homes through agents nation wide and hence was one of the largest REO brokers in Southern California.

Bill, discerning to combine his vast marketing, finance and management experience with his local knowledge decided to create Finley Realty focused on the demand for elite buyers and sellers of residential property. Bill currently resides in Laguna Beach, in his spare time he is an avid outdoors sports minded-individual. Activities he enjoys are stand up paddle board racing, surfing, snowboarding, riding his motorcycles on and off road, running, mountain biking, travel, a good meal, and the ocean where he grew up and worked as a Lifeguard for 8 years in Laguna Beach.
