Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Springfield, VT.
We knew from the moment we met Lainie we had made the right choice to have her represent us as our broker! Inquires to seeing this house fell on deaf ears until Lainie got involved. Once we found her the process went into motion. What a process it was as this was a foreclosure, but Lainie took the bull by its horns & we can now call this house our home!
Lainie is a hard worker & honest!!! She is a no nonsense gal & we mean that in the nicest way imaginable. We can't say enough about her expertise. It felt good to know that she was in our corner. Lainie is the woman you want on your side anywhere her license permits her to work!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Charlestown, NH.
Lainie served as our agent for buying a vacation home. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we relied on Lanine's knowledge and judgement to find the perfect place to fit our needs. She was very responsive to our questions and gave honest advice when we didn't know what questions to ask.
Lainie successfully negotiated a deal (according to our instructions) when 3 other potential buyers submitted higher bids.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 in Enfield, NH.
My husband and I were first time home buyers and without Lainie I am not sure we would have been able to keep our sanity throughout the process! We unfortunately picked a mortgage company that was a bit of a nightmare to work with, but Lainie helped us handle the situation in a very professional and helpful manner. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was very patient with us as we were first time buyers with tons of questions! Lainie went above and beyond for us to make sure that we closed on time and checked in often to see how we were holding up through the process.
I would definitely recommend Lainie to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Bradford, VT.
My fiance and I embarked on a journey to purchase our first (and hopefully last home). If it wasnt for Lanie and her remarkable abillity to calm and assist, I think we may have given up. We had a very unique situation which made our home purchase more difficult than average and the process was stressful and complicated to say the least.
Lanie navigated the bull dog-like seller agent who seemed to consistantly do everything in her power aggrevate our side of the process - and was just generally rotten and annoying, she answered SO many phone calls, emails at all hours, and she was able to deal with an incredibly short time-line. Lanie was always on our side, pushing through the bad to the good and making the impossible seem possible bit by bit.
Not only is she a stellar professional, but she is a wonderful person with an eager smile and a really big heart. She made us laugh when nothing else could and helped us feel like we werent alone in this process.
She was the first agent we have ever used and I would NEVER use a different one. Anyone looking for someone who will enthusiastically meet their needs, who will calm them when the seas are rough, and who will strive to serve their best interests at every turn - you need look no further. We wish Lanie the best of luck on her her endeavors and hope she knows how grateful we are for all her hard work. We love you Lanie!!! :)

Bought a home in 2012.
I have been looking for a primary home for the past 4 years or so off and on (more off); and Lainie has been there for me every time I've wanted to see one or have questions, and has not been disappointed with me when the answer has been "no" previously. Today she was there with me when I closed on my dream home! The process with her at the helm was flawless and quick once I decided on my house, and she helped prod me if I needed prodding through it all ("did you remember to do this? Do you have a copy of that? Have you heard from these people yet?") I would recommend her to anyone looking for a buyer broker or Realtor; her openness, her honesty, friendliness and knowledge of the area are all huge assets! Thanks again Lainie! :-)

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Enfield, NH.
This was our very first home purchase so I had many questions. Thankfully, Lainie always answered them very quickly and completely. She is so friendly and kind we were very happy to have her on our side, explaining everything in great detail to us. I dont know what we would have done with out her! I could contact her about anything and she got back to me right away no matter what time of the day. I recommend her to anyone.

Lainie made buying our house so easy that I can't yet believe it's done and ours! We had a rushed schedule, living in two locations, and despite these extra challenges she was immediately responsive to any questions we had, always available with answers and made the whole process seamless.

Strongly recommend! Must Have agent! As our buyer agent, Lainie helped us go through purchase process of a foreclosure house. During whole period, she is very helpful, responsive, paying attention to detail ,and do her best to fight for our benefit. Whenever we sent her email, she always responded within a very short period, even in weekend. She is very patient and always answer questions we have, regardless how simple the questions are. She took care of every aspect of purchase transaction and successfully persuaded seller to do some necessary repair work (foreclosure usually is sold as is). Lainie responds and follows up on action items very quickly. She was instrumental in helping me deal with a difficult lender who continually dropped the ball throughout the process. Lainie was always quick to jump in and get the process back on track and get me from shopping to closing in under a month.
