Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Jeff and Daniel Rock! These guys know the area very well and helped me find the perfect house; actually better than perfect. We ended up getting an amazing house for $120,000 less than asking price! I couldn’t believe it when it was finalized! Thanks a million or $120,000 for everything! :)

Showed home in 2012 in Desert Hills, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.
I would highly recommend Daniel and Jeff Collins. They work very well together and make sure to accommodate their clients' busy schedules. They are patient, knowledgeable and make a great team. I feel they gave consistent effort and I really enjoyed working with both of them.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
We Hired Daniel and Jeff after interviewing 4 local realtors. Together, they expressed a "team" partnership.
We chose them because they weren't pushy and did not try to pitch a "hard sell". They were very honest in their home value opinions and knowledgeable regarding the market. The communication was very good and were always available for any questions and assistance. Since we live in another state, we relied upon the two for additional services. They coordinated a handyman, a cleaning service, a charity to pick up furnishings, assisted with local information as far as advertising a garage sale, checked on the home, and went above and beyond.
Daniel and Jeff always acted in a professional, polite, and positive manner.
We would recommend this team to anyone!

The Collins team was great to work with. They were extremely knowledgable, quick to respond, and went the extra mile when my husband and I needed them to. I have dealt with several annoying, pushy realtors before, Jeff and Daniel are quiet the opposite. They responded immediately when we asked to view homes, yet they were wonderful at allowing us to make a pressure free decision. We had very strict requirements regarding what type of lot/home we wanted to purchase and they did a fantastic job at finding what we needed to suit our family. I definately recommend Jeff and Daniel!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Daniel and Jeff Collins have been relentless in helping us find the property that we are looking for! It doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week, if we have a question they have an answer. By email, texting, faxing, or meeting us in person, they are just always in contact. Daniel and Jeff are both highly aware of every available property and the facts that we are interested in and if they aren't sure, they are always ready to investigate and get the answers to our questions.We both highly recommend these two eager, hardworking agents.

Sold a home in 2011.
Daniel was a listing agent for our house. I selected him after careful research on local realtors. Our house was sold in about a month or so in a slow market (September-October 2011). I attributed the success to Daniel's comprehensive base of existing clients, local market knowledge.and personal responsiveness. I found him to be professional and easy to do business with. I would reccommend Daniel highly to anyone interested to sell or buy properties in Lake Havasu City, Toy of Los Angeles

Thanks to the Collins team me and my boyfriend were able to purchase our first home, even though we had no knowledge what so ever of how to purchase a house and our budget was on the lower end..Daniel made everything smooth and easy going. He didnt sugar coat anything,and was honest and straight forward on everything we needed to know,..In his absence, his partner Jeff was just as awesome in assisting us with anything we needed, definitely two guys that go above and beyond expectations..I recommend Daniel and Jeff to anyone i know seeking to purchase a home, Thanks to both of you

We live in California and were looking to buy a second home in Lake Havasu. Jeff was very familiar with the area and very responsive on all of our requests. Once we made the offer, it was off to the races. He prepared all the documents immediately and was able to negotiate a deal for our new home in Lake Havasu City. I would highly recommend him to anyone living in the area or in any other state. The process was seamless!!
